Conveyancing
We employ the services of a conveyancing solicitor to handle the legal aspects of your property sale. This includes:
- Preparation of the ‘Sellers Pack' - We complete the forms on your behalf and will liaise with you to obtain any additional information
- Land Registry searches i.e. council restrictions and environmental searches
- Liaising with the buyers solicitor to answer any queries and progress the sale
- Take receipt of the buyers deposit which will be held safely in their Client Account until the sale completes
- Drawing up and signing of contracts
- Paying estate agent's fees and settling outstanding mortgage retentions and charges/restrictions against the property
