Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Under recent regulations, it is now compulsory to provide an EPC prior to a property being marketed.
Our Property Department works in conjunction with an organisation specialising in the production of such documents, at a reduced rate exclusive to clients of The Probate Bureau.
We will make a request for the Domestic Energy Assessor to contact you directly to arrange a suitable time for them to visit the property and carry out their survey. Once complete, the Assessor will deal directly with The Probate Bureau in producing the final document to enable the property to be placed on the open market.
