Maintenance, Clearance and Management
Maintaining a property is time consuming particularly if you have your own property to manage, or the property that is being sold is some distance from your home. Therefore, we have enlisted the services of a property management company who, if required, are entrusted with the maintenance and clearance of all properties dealt with by us.
Should your property require any of these services, we will ask the property management company to provide a written quote which we will seek your approval on prior to any work being carried out. These services are available to all of our clients whether it is a Probate property or a stand-alone sale. Services include:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Building works
- Gardening
- Cleaning (this is generally industrial cleaning as opposed to domestic)
