The Probate Bureau was established in 1999 by David and Eve West to provide guidance and expert advice on Probate, Wills, Trusts and estate planning. We are committed to providing the best possible solution to our clients ever changing needs.
We employ a range of skilled, experienced staff who are only a phone call away to help you whenever you need it. We deal with clients from Essex, Herts, London and all over the UK and beyond. One of our strengths is that we are not solicitors; therefore we do not charge an hourly rate, per phone call or per letter. This means our clients can call whenever they have a question or problem without having to worry about ever-escalating charges.
You can be assured, should you intend to use our services, our prices are based on a fixed fee and that we offer a Probate Price Promise, ensuring we won't be beaten on price.
Furthermore, we are a member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and therefore has to adhere to its Code of Practice which is approved by the OFT and carries £2,000,000 of Professional Indemnity Insurance for your peace of mind. We are also members of The Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF), National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD)
